The IT Service Center provides a central point for NKU technology support. If you have questions or problems, click the button below to chat with a representative during our regular hours. You can also stop by the Service Center in SL 220, call (859) 572-6911, or request service online.

New Spring hours for telephone and chat will be effective January 19th:
In order to serve you better, beginning on January 19th the Information Technology Service Center will be implementing 24 hour, 7 days a week telephone and chat coverage. You will be able to call or chat with one of our Technology Support Specialists any time day or night.
At the present time, our Service Center walk in coverage will remain the same and our 1st and 4th floor open computer labs in the Steely Library will continue to be staffed during Steely Library hours.

The IT Service Center occasionally observes adjusted hours throughout the year in conjunction with University Term Breaks and Holidays. A list of upcoming adjustments to our schedule may be found here on our ITSC Annual Calendar.
