Blackboard	Blackboard is NKU's Course Management System. Faculty at NKU use Blackboard for teaching online and blended courses as well as using it to store supplemental materials for traditional face-to-face classes. A new tool is now available that allows faculty to send messages to students via text messages and/or text-to-voice messages. iTunes U	iTunes U is a free service provided by Apple that enables faculty to distribute audio and video content on an iTunes U course site.
Microsoft	Microsoft Office 2010 is the supported version of the software at Northern Kentucky University.

Wimba Collaboration Suite	Wimba Collaboration Suite includes two products: Wimba Classroom and Wimba Voice. Wimba Classroom is a live, virtual classroom environment with features that allow audio, video, applicaton sharing and content sharing collaboration.
