@mymail.nku.edu - Student Email
Introduction
As an NKU student, you are provided a lifetime NKU e-mail address by the university. This is the address used by academic and administrative offices to send you messages. You may choose to forward your NKU e-mail account to an off-campus service (e.g., Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) but if this forwarding fails for whatever reason, you may miss important official communications sent to your e-mail address and you are still responsible for those communications. Information Technology support services cannot provide help for e-mail services not provided by NKU.
Student email accounts are created within 1 business day after admission to the University. Campus departments like the Financial Aid, Admission, & Registrar office will send correspondence to this email accout.
To find out if your account has been created and what the name of it is, visit the Account Information / Password Change website. You will also be able to set your account password by entering the last eight (8) digits of your ISO number (found on your NKU ID card) and the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number. If you need additional help, contact the IT Service Center at (859) 572-6911.
