Keeping You Connected

Introduction

As an NKU employee or student, you are provided an NKU e-mail address by the university. This address is used by most academic and administrative offices to send you messages. You may choose to forward your NKU e-mail account to an off-campus service (e.g., Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) but if this forwarding fails for whatever reason, you may miss important official communications sent to your e-mail address and you are still responsible for those communications.

Information Technology support services cannot provide help for e-mail services not provided by NKU.

Your data must be entered into SAP: for Faculty and Staff this is done by Human Resources, for students this is done by the Registrar's Office and the student must successfully register for classes. You must also acquire a student/staff/faculty ID card from the All-Card Office to be able to access this account. Once these requirements are met, your account will be automatically created and accessible within three business days.

To find out if your account has been created and what the name of it is, visit the Account Information / Password Change website, where you will also be able to set your account password by entering the last eight (8) digits of your ISO number (found on your NKU ID card) and the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number.  If you need additional help, contact the IT Service Center at (859) 572-6911.

Please note: If you are a contract worker, vendor or partner employee not paid by NKU directly, you need to have your supervisor enter a service request with the last eight numbers of your ISO and the last four of your Social Security Number listed with your full name to have the account generated.
