Reserve a conference unit
Conference units must be connected to a single-line phone jack or into the data port of a two-button D-term unit. Instructions for installation are included with the units.

Request a conference call for four to seven individuals
Switchboard assistance is needed to complete a conference call with four to seven individuals, including NKU numbers.
Assistance is available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Complete an IT Network/Telecommunications Service Order Form and send to AC 202.
- Indicate the date and time the call needs to be placed. List each individual name and their phone number including area code. For further assistance, submit a Data/Telecommunications Service Request.
Request an NKU Calling Card
Complete a Data/Telecommunications Service Request.
Indicate the cardholder, extension and the account number to be charged. Calls placed using the calling card will be charged back monthly at a per-minute rate in accordance with NKU's present calling card contract. For further assistance, submit a service request.
Request an NKU cell phone
Complete a Data/Telecommunications Service Request.
Indicate the user, extension and account number to be charged. Cell-phone calls will be charged back monthly in accordance with NKU's present cell phone carrier. For further assistance, submit a service request.
