The Office of Information Technology supports over 4,700 computers at NKU.
Hardware Support
Computer Purchase
Order a new or replacement computer for your department on our PC Order site. Employees may purchase a surplus computer for personal use, from NKU through the Procurement Services office. NKU faculty, staff, and students may purchase new computers at a discounted price from Apple and Dell.
Repurposed Computers
If you are planning to continue to use a replaced computer in your department, please print and complete the Service Level Agreement (SLA) form. Completed SLAs should be sent via inter-office mail to Jennifer Taylor in SL 223.
Support for Personal Hardware
The Office of Information Technology is able to repair hardware that is owned by NKU only. For your personal computer and equipment, the IT Service Center may be able to provide information or resources to help you resolve some common issues.
Adaptive and Assistive Hardware
