IT Service Center Hours Extended

The Information Technology Advisory Committee (ITAC) recently surveyed the university regarding technology on campus as well as ways we could improve our IT services. One of the points of emphasis was that a majority of the survey respondents felt it was important for the Office of Information Technology to provide technology support to our faculty, staff and students on a 24 hour/7 days a week basis. As a result, we are working towards this goal. Meeting the 24x7 goal will take time and additional resources but we are happy to report that we have been able to extend our hours significantly effective today.

On September 28th we expanded our IT Service Center phone and chat hours. Users of 859-572-6911 and chat will be able to contact our technology support later on weeknights and weekends.

Our new IT Service Center phone/chat hours are:

Monday-Thursday 7:30am to 2:00am
Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00am to 8:00pm
Sunday 12:30pm to 2:00am

Our Service Center in Steely Library Suite 220 will maintain the current hours for walk in service:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 6:30pm
Fridays 8:00am to 4:30pm
