Jamie Jusbasic, Senior Technical Support Specialist, came to work at NKU in 2001. Although ???typical??? days are few and far between, he arrives each morning at 7:30, and then usually spends his day ???checking INFRA for critical and urgent calls and making sure my team is up and running.???
Jamie???s favorite thing about working at NKU is ???the people I work with and those I support. I also really appreciate the support of my coworkers. We are like family. Having been here for over 10 years, most of my coworkers know how dedicated I am to them and to NKU. I hope to see my daughter (she???s in fifth grade) complete her education at NKU.???
Jamie would like faculty, staff and students to know that technology is dynamic, and he feels that IT does a good job at ???keeping up with all that comes our way. We always work as a team.???
One thing that most people don???t know about Jamie is that he played in two World Softball Championships (CoEd and Mens C).
