Customer Systems
Customer Systems leads the service portion of the Office of Information Technology's offerings.
The Customer Systems group is broken down into the following groups:
The Information Technology Solutions Center
This service provides technology training, call center technology support, and a walk-up center for face-to-face technology remediation.
Desktop Support
This service provides for staff to go "on-location" to computer labs and faculty/staff offices to address technology related problems.
Media Production and Distribution
This service area provides a variety of audio, video, duplication and media streaming services as well as audio/video equipment distribution services for the purpose of enhancing the total learning experience at Northern Kentucky University.
Event Support
Event Support provides audio/video support and recording services for academic and administrative events involving the Northern Kentucky University campus community.
Classroom Technology Support
This service provides operational support of technology in classrooms across campus as well as providing training, demonstrations, and presentation support for the campus community.
